I don’t “give” cheat meals to clients. Now before you violently scroll away 😂 Let me stop you right there. Here’s what I also don’t do as a coach: Ask you to follow a strict and unforgiving diet either. One of the first things a lot of clients ask me when they start working with me is, “Okay, when do I get my first cheat meal?”. This mentality that you’re willing to “stick it out in a tough diet” as long as there’s the “reward” of a cheat meal coming… Sound familiar? Yeah... that mentality is why you keep spinning your tires in your fitness journey. That means breaking the mentality of categorizing foods you eat when you’re “following your diet” and foods that you reward yourself with on your “cheat day”. Syn Free Pizza Base ready for breakfast using 3 eggs and 10g of cheese. . Scramble 3 med eggs, dash of salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp mustard power and 10g mature cheddar. Stir and then pour into a non stick preheated frying pan sprayed with frylight. So I got a gym membership because I’ve reached a point where either I buy more equipment or go to a gym sooooo going to the gym it is! Sometimes you have to just smile through the struggle! . Been really feeling some sweet tooth cravings today and yesterday...haven’t caved yet but MAN!!! . But it’s these small battles that make the difference. I plan to indulge a bit this weekend, but that means showing strength and restraint right now. . Healthy living is not easy...yes it’s about balance, but it also takes discipline...discipline when you want to eat every donut in a 5 mile radius, discipline when you don’t want to get out of bed to workout when your 7 month old wants to have a long convo at 2 in the morning, discipline when your scale hasn’t budged in weeks, the list can go on... . Just know that you ARE strong enough, and for those days where your strength is tested, make sure to have a supportive cast around you to lift you up. And if you don’t have one, reach out and I’ll do my best to cheer you on and lift you up!

I don’t know why a +0.5lb gain has made me take so long to post this 🤷🏻‍♀️ Results from Monday nights weigh in. - Halloooooo, it’s me! 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ I’ve had a few days away to just not think about social media and it’s been nice. But I’m ready to come back, I’ve missed you guys! - So Monday’s weigh in saw a 0.5lb gain. For ⭐️ week, I’m pretty happy with that. But I’ve got big plans in place over the next year and I need to start motoring again. I need to remember who the girl was when I first started this IG (THAT girl got a lot more sleep, let me tell you 😭🤣🤦🏻‍♀️ #mumlife #toddlerlife 🙄). I also need to remember that I’ve ALREADY lost 4 stone. Because recently, I feel like I’ve not lost anything and I’m still the same as when I started. Which really isn’t the case. I’m my own worst enemy and my own worst critic (I think a lot of us can say that though.) I’m going to try (TRY) and scroll back to the beginning of my IG (all 5,000+ posts ago 😳🤯😱🙃) to try and motivate and inspire myself via my past self. 🌶PENNE ARRABIATA🌶 \\ Sooooo easy and delicious!! I was inspired by @itsdaniellesjourney garlic and chilli spaghetti but I left out the chicken. \\ Recipe made enough for tea tonight and some leftover for lunch tomorrow. \\ Finely chop some vine tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, one Birdseye chilli and one red onion. (I leave the seeds in the chilli for that extra kick) . Fry it all in a pan for about 10 minutes or until soft. . Add some seasoning, 2 tbsps tomato purée and half a cup of water. Let this bubble away gently for another 10 mins or so. . Cook some pasta then mix with the sauce. Another box delivery day 🙌🏻 I have to be honest, I’ve been struggling to post about my progress because truth-be-told i have had way more cheat days than i should and have not been flawless on the program! I’ve come to a clear understanding that That is ridiculous because I HAVE LOST 16 POUNDS!! 🙌🏻😂 I should be and am just dang proud of that! I haven’t been this healthy since before my first baby 🤦🏻‍♀️ Sure I’ve eaten through my stress a couple days but I’ve learned healthier habits and even on the bad days I’ve been able to maintain and that’s a victory for me! I came across these 2 pictures and i see a whole new woman. 16 pound loss but more importantly, i have more energy to keep up with these 2 rugrats (peep the church potty break) more confidence, my clothes are fitting better, i am sleeping better and actually my skin is even clearer/brighter! 👊🏻 I’m excited for a fresh new start and to see where another month takes me on this health journey! Love this program, my coach and all of my amazing clients!!! ❤️
