The Adventures of Tapasvi Nallapati: Secret Clan of Alexander
Newspaper Headlines - 21st July 1873, Fifteen scientists who were doing a research at the village of Malana went missing. With their own system and rules, the village of Malana has its own democracy and is isolated from the rest of the world. The Indian government or police have no rights or power at this place. So, the question is 'who is going to save them?'
Far away, at Malana, at Himalayas, Detective Tapasvi was hanging by the cliff with his left hand and holding a deer horn with his right.
"He could not have gone far, search for him", ordered the village chief. Men scattered searching for Tapasvi.
Tapasvi got up and steady. Took a deep breath as he looked at the deer horn ,"it is safe".
Tapasvi recollected the words of the scientist he met moments before. "Malana, is a small village on top of a mountain in Himalayas. The people here believe they are descendants of Alexander The Great. They believe they are superior in this world. Not to get polluted, they don't touch anyone outside their village. Outsiders are not allowed to touch the people, walls or anything in the village. The one, who disobeys these rules gets punished. Every year foreigners from Greece come here in an annual mating festival to preserve the Alexander bloodline. It is a major source of money for them. But we by gene analysis found out that they are not related to Alexander. They were afraid we announce that to the world, so they captured us, perform a ritual, kill us. They begin the ritual by chanting mantras holding that deer horn. Take that away Detective. You are the only one who can save us"
Back to his senses, Tapasvi lunged into the woods but the locals surrounded him quickly. As Tapasvi is an outsider he is an untouchable. Tapasvi used this to his advantage, fought cleverly and brought everyone to the ground. Tapasvi brought scientists to safety down the hill where the police were waiting. One more adventure and tough case solved by Detective Tapasvi.
