It’s my third visit here at Flour and Grape, and on all three occasions, I opted for the truffle taglierini 🙈. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, you’re greeted by the scent of truffle so you almost feel compelled to order this dish. The pasta itself is handmade and made fresh, and consists of preserved truffle, butter emulsion and cured egg yolk. It’s so simple, yet flavourful. If you’re a fan of truffle, I highly recommend this dish!
