Mango Avocado Salsa is actually my newest summertime addiction 🥭🌶🍅. Eat it with chips, top any veggie burger or grilled tofu with it, or just eat it by the spoonful. Whatever you do, just make it this summer! ((Recipe below made entirely with @imperfectproduce )).
2 cups diced mango
1 cup diced avocado
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced onion
1 Tbsp finely diced Jalapeño
1.5 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1) Dice the mango, avocado, tomato, onion, & jalapeño & add them to a large mixing bowl.
2) Next, add your lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, & salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
3) Add the dressing to the mixing bowl of diced ingredients and gently mix together. Serve with chips & enjoy! .
