Letzt habe ich was ziemlich cooles ausprobiert: Avocado mit Haferflocken zu einer „Creme“ püriert. Dazu gab’s Kräuter, Sprossen, Gewürze und etwas Knoblauch-Rosmarin Olivenöl 💝🌱☺️ Zitronensaft und Pfeffer natürlich auch😇 . An diesem Tag war mir total nach „Fett“ 😅🤔 Anstatt sich aber ne Tüte Chips reinzupfeifen, ist das hier die wesentlich nahrhaftere, sättigendere und gesündere Alternative 🤩 . Ich war selbst überrascht, wie gut das Ganze war. i’m all about a bowl of celery root fries, lentils, edamame and some vegan meatballs from @kauflandslovensko (which seriously taste like real meatballs!) it’s been about two months since i stopped eating meat, but i’m not vegetarian yet (i still have an occasional fish tho, maybe 2-3x per month) i eat 1-2 meals a day which are completely vegan, kind of by accident 😄and i’m honestly feeling really good! i get my protein from legumes, tofu, tempeh or seitan, eggs and sometimes some dairy, which i try to get organic and grass-fed whenever i can 😊 i get questions regarding whether i’m vegetarian/vegan or not, and i figured i haven’t really talked about that, so here it is lol 😄 i don’t eat meat because i just find it kinda gross now. i mean, i don’t really want to eat dead animal flesh. hopefully i get my blood all sorted out and won’t need to eat fish as well. and ofc, there’s the environmental aspect. anyway, how is it with you guys? vegan/vegetarian? not at all? i’m interested! ❤️

Infatti utilizziamo farina di riso per l'impasto, così il nostro mix sarà molto più simile a quello che si ottiene per fare la pizza senza glutine. Per condire potete scegliere il classico gusto "margherita" (pomodoro e mozzarella), oppure sbizzarrirvi con i vostri abbinamenti preferiti, proprio come se si trattasse di una vera pizza! The amount of protein that you can absorb is basically unlimited. If a large amount of protein is consumed, the body actually slows down the passing of this protein through your digestive system so that it can be absorbed. So all protein (95% in research) that you eat gets absorbed, regardless of the quantity. The more important questions to be asking are: can all protein be utilized by the body? and is there a point at which someone can eat so much protein that it becomes useless or harmful? First, what is protein used for? I will use the full word count of this post if I try to list all the the uses. Everyone associates protein with muscle growth & repair, but it's needed for so much more than that. Did you know a lot of protein is used by the gut itself? Protein is digested; broken down into amino acids in the gut. The gut actually absorbs many amino acids and uses them to function, and the remainder get passed into the body for other uses. Eg. for your cells, enzymes, tendons, bones, blood, brain function… as well as muscle, but don’t forget your heart is a muscle, you have muscles for breathing… muscle does not just mean your biceps. The different amino acids we get from protein are vital for many important functions How much protein can be used by the body? No study has found an upper limit, so far studies have found that all protein eaten will get used. If it does not get used for all the processes protein is involved in then excess amino acids get broken down and turned into energy.. No protein is wasted. Studies have shown up to 50g of protein consumed in a meal gets utilized by the body. Studies looking at intermittent fasters have shown that all protein gets used even when large amounts (100g+) get consumed over a short space of time There IS an upper limit for triggering the muscle building process, but protein is needed for so much more than this that it is not a ‘cap’ to be put on meals From a health perspective, there has been studies done on people eating ridiculously high doses (more than realistically possible for most people) which have shown no bad health effects What's the most protein you've eaten in one meal? I’ve always been so hesitant to try Greek Yogurt because I’m so picky, but I’m soooo glad I finally did. It’s literally the easiest thing you can whip up and feel full ! The topping choices are ENDLESS! Sooo.. I accidentally put it in the freezer because Khaleel woke up from his nap. And a half hour later I forgot about it and turned into frozen yogurt & it tasted pretty darn good!! But I probably would only leave it for 4-8 mins next time! Stir fry 🍜 my GF soy sauce was the best thing I brought back from Japan last year 🇯🇵 I altered a recipe from Pinch of Nom and it was gorgeous! ✨✨✨ Recipe - chicken, broccoli, green beans, sugar snap peas, edamame beans, pepper, onion, mushroom, garlic, & ginger. Add in Japanese soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and fish sauce. Then add in @oominoodles as a replacement for egg noodles 💕

🍴Dîner🍴 Après un bon repas vers 15h, la faim n’était pas trop là ce soir donc soupe de poulet aux vermicelles avec des légumes frais. Un délice cette soupe. Real talk: skin issues. I’ve never been one to suffer from problematic skin (besides dryness) & would say im pretty blessed. However, probably due to stress, I’ve had unusual breakouts this last week & ya girls not happy about it! We are what we eat & your diet can make a HUGE impact on your skin. So, this week I’ve been consciously trying to add in more SKIN FOOD. . Also, do you guys ever make anything & you sit down to eat it & are like DAMN I KILLED IT!? Yeah, that happened with this sauce I’m about to tell you about.. the problem? I have a tendency to just throw things into a blender without noting how much I use, because.. lazyyy 🤷‍♀️🙈 but I couldn’t not share this! Nothing beats a big plate of perfectly roasted veggies & protein, smothered in a sauce IMO. I whipped up this INSANE cheesy buffalo sauce & used hemp hearts as the base because they are little miracle workers- full of omega-3’s which are essential for skin health. They’re also full of healthy proteins & other nutrients. I totally notice a difference in my skin with an upper omega-3 intake. Try increasing yours if you’re experiencing problematic skin & see if it helps! . . So, if you make this, you’ll have to use your taste testing abilities to find measurements that fit your tastebuds!
