OMG what’s this a food post? Yes, yes in fact it is. 🙏🏼🙌🏼 one of my FAVORITE things to eat in the morning are bagels. @daveskillerbread everything bagels are literally the best thing since sliced bread. With that I’ll have unsalted butter/plant based spread on top, a protein shake w/ almond milk/water, greens 🙌🏼, scrambled eggs (sometimes), yogurt, cheese stick, red potatoes, veggies, pancakes, French toast, etc.
Eating shouldn’t be hard. Eating shouldn’t be dreaded. Eating shouldn’t even be a thing besides well... eating. I myself enjoy tracking my food because at the end of the day I KNOW I ATE ENOUGH for my body type/for me. Yesterday I ate enough food calorie wise but I was under for protein, carbs, & went over my fat amount for the day. Did I let it destroy me? No but it sure as hell pissed me off lol. I have good & bad days. The real bad days are the ones before I get paid (every other Friday, and tomorrow is actually my pay day lol) & I’m waiting for the moment my check hits the bank so I can food shop. Nothing is more annoying than being broke & not be able to feed yourself the proper foods your body needs. I improvise a lot lol.
Everyone’s food preferences are different. Some people are “regular eaters” and I don’t even want to use that term lol but you know the meat and potatoes, fruits, veggies, whatever else most people eat. Then there are the paleo, keto, pescatarian, vegan, vegetarian, & a crap ton else of other types of eating that people follow every day. It’s all constantly changing. We’re all constantly changing. Nobody’s right or wrong in how they eat. Remember that. If I want to eat meat every now & then I do. If I want to eat vegetarian or vegan I do. I prefer those 2 types of eating habits over eating meat actually & that’s been a personal preference since the end of 2017. Eat what makes you happy & what you feel will fuel you most.
