You will need: 1 tablespoon of chia seeds 1 medium Purple Sweet potato 1/2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt 1 cup of milk Handful of blueberries . . Instructions: Cut the purple sweet potatoes into small pieces steam for 15 minutes, let it cold down and ready for use. Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds into 1/2 cup of milk let the seeds soak until gelatinous forms. Add the steamed purple sweet potatoes, greek yogurt and milk blend until smooth and pour into cup.
