Pause from the Italy photos to pop in and say if you missed it in my stories, I HAVE still been getting my workouts in on our trip! That’s right! My workouts travel with me! All I need is WiFi - but I actually downloaded them before we left the US in case I had any trouble getting them to load! Have I worked out every single day? Nope! We’ve been doing tons of walking, and each Airbnb has had different layouts, so a few of the days it just wasn’t gonna happen. And if you’re wondering about my nutrition, have you ever had gelato?! Or authentic Italian food?! House vino?! Lolz, definitely enjoying all the things! But I also brought my shakes with me to make sure I’m getting all the good stuff too! Since I decided to make this about my health and taking advantage of the GIFT of exercise (seriously, some people don’t have that luxury!) instead of focusing on that stupid number on the scale, my whole outlook changed. I’m training for LIFE, people!
