I came mostly for Galliano’s works cos im a fan. The epitome of detail and the art of extravagance 👑. (Though im a little disappointed they don’t have the iconic white silk tulle dress couture winter 2005 and the pope dress couture winter 2000 which were showed at last year MET heavenly bodies 🤷🏼♂️). Raf Simons’ designs for Dior actually look much better in person and up close. I don’t remember much about Gianfranco Fere’s era. Marc Bohan was the longest-serving creative director of Dior but relatively there weren’t many of his works displayed. Saint Laurent’s creations under Dior are youthful and pretty. Christian Dior’s...well you know, it’s Dior. Oh do I forget someone else’s works included in the exhibition? Hmm No, i believe not 😎
