In Calabria ne abbiamo tanti, li mangiamo spesso e amiamo il loro sapore, ma si tratta di infiorescenze carnose (per i fichi) e di semi (per le mandorle). I finally got to try @davidchang ‘s flagship @ko_ep and I loved it! It feels intimate and causal, yet refined and thoughtful. The ingredients and flavor combinations are playful and unexpected. It’s quite a contrast from Amber in HK, which also has ⭐️ ⭐️ but is more elegant and traditional fine dining. I think both restaurants really showcase the diversity of styles within the Michelin system.

A dream come true. We ate at GUY SAVOY. A three star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Michelin restaurant in Paris. It was an absolutely incredible experience. They were so great about my need for gluten free. Even the bread they served on the side was amazing. Here are some pictures of my favorite dishes. (I’ll do my best to recall and describe each one. They’re each so complex that I honestly can’t remember all of the components 🙈) •A special gluten free dessert that they created just for me. Peach slices, peach sorbet, Tahitian vanilla chantilly cream, over a granola tuile, with peach sauce 🍑 •Blue lobster 🦞 with caviar and summer vegetable basil soup basil 🌿 •Baked John Dory fish 🐟 with razor clams, clams, mushrooms, and lemon caviar 🍋 •Vinegar confit chicken 🍗 with porcini mushrooms and crispy chicken skin •Fig and cinnamon cheesecake sorbet 💕
