Stillness is primarily about stopping, letting our cells rejuvenate, relax and recharge. We're great at suggesting the kids go and sit quietly or have a bath and know the benefits of a bath to babies or sick kids but how often do we do it ourselves?
Make a point this month of fitting them in! Schedule them so they get done.
Start today - make it happen. Fill the bath with warm water, add epsom salts, essential oils, fresh flowers & get in. 🛁
R E L A X - no phone, no book, no ipad just you in the bath.
OBSERVE how nice the stillness is and how your body responds - relaxing. 20 minutes in the bath exchanges 1L of bath water with that in your body & helps your body heal!
Observe the divine aroma, how it feels, you'll probably hear a "Thank you!" as well.
Then tune in tomorrow and notice how good you feel!
