Usually train chest on Monday’s but decided to switch things up today. After not having the greatest workout yesterday I really just wanted to train a larger muscle group ! Had a heavier back session last week consisting of heavy deadlifts and rows so today I really cranked up the reps and stuck to more controlled movements. - Close grip pulldowns 20(warm up) 20,15,12,10,20
- Single arm hammer strength low row 4X10-12.
- Seated under hand hammer strength pull down 4X10-12 SS with cable lat pullovers 4X12-15.
- Standing rope attachment row 3X12-15 SS with weighted hyper extensions 3X10-12
