Easy right? You Should Love Yourself Right? . I remember my mum telling me I needed to love myself..... She would always say to me ‘I wish you could see what i can see’ - my mum thought I was beautiful when I was a size 16, a size 14, a size 8. . The trouble was I wasn’t in agreement with her at any of these sizes. I was NEVER happy. I never said yeh mum, you did a cracking job creating me I am BOOTIFUL 😂 . Needless to say she never stopped seeing my beauty and she never stopped reminding me until I could truly see if myself..... . So today I want to give you the message my mum gave me..... you are beautiful and I will be here to remind you of that until you can 100% see that beauty yourself.... . I don’t have to know you on a personal level to tell you your beautiful, I know if your reading this you will be able to relate to where I was, you and your mum have probably had the same conversations as me and my mum. We are in the same boat and that’s why I am here wanting to circulate the message to you in case you aren’t quite at that point yet where you can truly say you love yourself. . With training for the London Landmark Half in aid of @cr_uk in full swing we've naturally had a few aches, pains and sore joints.... the guys at @111cryo were kind enough to let us try their amazing freezer! #gifted. Basically you get into a little room that's -85c for three minutes and throw some shapes (check out our stories for the shapes 🙈). The effect of the extreme cold is a massive adrenaline rush, helps with inflammation and makes you feel pretty amazing when you get back into the warmth!! [Werbung] G1 Grüngürtel in Köln. Einmal im Jahr wird aus 63 KM Wanderweg eine Laufveranstaltung. Habe schnell am Anfang einen böse Anfängerfehler gemacht. Keine Gels genommen. Dies rächte sich relativ schnell. Ab KM 23 habe ich mit ganz böse Krämpfen gekämpft. Kreislauf war Top, gehen und traben funktionierte. So war Aufgeben keine Option für mich. Nach den Verpflegung wo ich einige Mineralien zu mir nehmen konnte. An dieser Stelle herzlichen Dank an @blutgraetsche67 . Danach lief es ziemlich gut, bis ein alter Mann vor dem Altersheim hingefallen ist und später im Park ein Mann sich offensichtlich schwer verletzt hat. Gewartet bis Hilfe kann, dass hat insgesamt 1,5 Stunden bei beiden gedauert. Egal, ich lasse niemand liegen. So wichtig kann Lauf der Welt sein. Danach ging nichts mehr. Zwischenzeit gelesen das die liebe @parkwaydriverin einen super Lauf hatte. Das gab noch mal für Motivation. Dazu kamen die ständigen aufbauenden Nachrichten von @younggoldenanglesam @stoffel_chen und @wanderlust.cgn . Ich habe es mit 67,43 KM es tatsächlich ins geschafft. Hey guys!❤️ Just wanted to share with you all the effects of posing and angles. We’ve all seen those gorgeous fitness models and wonder “how are they so perfect?” “How do they look so good all the time?” “What’s their secret??” Don’t get me wrong, those people do look great, but angles, lighting, and posing all makes us look as if we are more than what we actually are. This comparison is one of myself I decided to create. On the left is me, but I’m posing and sucking in my stomach. On the right is me just relaxed- (I do have belly fat!!) Everybody wants to put out their best self on social media, but it may not be their true self. Remember to never be so hard on yourself, and don’t compare yourself to all these models on Instagram. Personally, I am still working on myself and learning to love myself, but I have made HUGE progress over the years. You have one body and don’t neglect it. It does so many amazing wonderful things for you and the last thing you can do is hate yourself. Remember to treat your body well, and in return it will thank you. Este video es parte del de ayer que hice entrenamiento de FUERZA del tren superior .🤗 DE FUERZA como la mayoría de mis entrenamientos. No pierdo mi tiempo haciendo largas sesiones de cardio, ni entrenamientos que no me gusten. Nos hemos grabado a fuego en nuestra mente que para perder grasa corporal el mal llamado (bajar de peso) hay que hacer cardio a tope. Y no está mal hacer cardio de vez en cuando y más si disfrutas con ello, pero no es la única alternativa para perder grasa corporal el cardio no construye músculo, y sin músculo no hay mayor gasto calórico para mantener nuestro peso en el tiempo. (Para no sufrir efecto rebote y no vivir a dieta) . Ya no hago dietas, no cuento calorias y me alimento bien porque lo requiere mi cuerpo para mantener mi ritmo y construir más músculo, ya no me obsesiono y ya no estoy enferma. Y los resultados saltan a la vista he perdido grasa he ganado masa y habilidades en la "arena de guerra"😎 (He comido, he disfrutado, me he divertido, sin sacrificios).🕺💃🏋️🚴💕 . Y todo esto lo he conseguido porque cuando entreno la fuerza, o un entrenamiento de alta intensidad (HITT ) SE VEN resultados y van mucho más allá del físico. . . ¿Quieres perder grasa? ¿Quieres llegar a la vejez sin bastón?
