🍛 [Paddy Hills] 🍛
📍 [Pasir Panjang • Singapore]
Located in Pasir Panjang, Paddy Hills is a café that serves fusion dishes with both Asian and Italian elements in an area that’s tranquil by day and livelier by night.
The 黑(hei) MAMI Rice ($26.75 after tax) we tried was the star in town, comprising squid ink rice, a generous portion of flat meat done to your liking, onsen half-boiled egg, with croutons, capelin roe and spring onions, and seasoned with Kewpie mayonnaise and umami.
Upon mixing, the rice was well-seasoned with the umami and mayonnaise, with additional crunches provided by the croutons and capelin roe, whilst the medium beef I requested for was tender and juicy.
Although a tad pricey, 10/10 would recommend.
