In any aspect of life, what we do consistently over time defines our outcomes. 15-minute Cilantro Chile Lime Shrimp Bowl 😋🥑🍤💪🏼 by @shredhappens . Its been a busy day… started with a 4.5 mile run around Lunken Airport (amazing spot for those of you in Cincinnati), then spent the morning on calls, and now, finally getting ready to eat my first meal. I know I said I never miss breakfast, but somehow I did. . I started with a big base of @josiesorganics arugula then added shrimp, brussel sprouts, half a small avocado, and a soft-boiled egg. One of my favorite meals. . Here is how I made everything (you’ll get multiple servings from the shrimp): . 1.Start with 1lb wild deveined shrimp and toss with 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tbsp chile lime powder (trader joes), 1 tsp paprika, some red chili flakes, and 1 tsp olive oil. Mix everything well and let sit. . 2.Take a large pan and melt 1 tbsp butter on low-medium heat with 1 tbsp minced garlic. After about a minute, add the shrimp and cook for about 1.5 minutes on each side. Don’t overcook as it turns rubbery. Turn off the heat, add in about 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice and 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro (I used Josies cilantro), then transfer to a bowl. . 3.Next toss some brussel sprouts with 2 tsp garlic and some more Chile lime seasoning in a small bowl, then sautée in the same pan you use for the shrimp. They’ll soak in all the shrimp flavor and seasoning. . 4.Now you can plate everything. I started with a big base of @josiesorganics arugula (you can also use spinach) and topped with the shrimp and Brussel sprouts, and half a sliced avocado. . 5.I also added a quartered soft boiled egg that I made earlier in the week. " NEW PLACE ALERT " No calories in "Calories". CONFUSED ? The new restaurant named " Calories " in Kondapur is what I am talking about. Till date,I have to go to Jubliee Hills area when I wanted to have some healthy and light food for dinner. But now I can have it in my vicinity. Less than a month old,located in the 8 th floor of Kadiris Apurupa Urban building, near to Desi Way restaurant , this place is yet to be decorated completely. They got 5-6 tables inside and two outside in the balcony. Those who are familiar with IKEA , will get to see many of their products there. Interiors are still being thought of and I am sure they will come up with something cool. Let me tell you what we ordered. - Garlic Bread with rosemary as toppings ( Rs. 65 ) - Mint Flavor Tea ( Rs. 25 ) - Grilled Fish Combo ( Rs. 398 ) - Grilled Tofu Steak ( Rs. 229 ) - Pineapple Juice ( Rs. 80 ) Total bill Rs. 649 ( Zomato gold benefits) Now let's talk about the taste. Garlic bread was well toasted with bell pepper and rosemary as toppings. The mint tea was without sugar and soothing. And what to say about this grilled fish combo. It was the star. The combo got Grilled fish,Caeser salad,Chicken mousse and fruit salad.It's such a complete meal. Fresh season fruits ( like apple,jackfruit, pomegranate,papaya ) came in a medium sized bowl. On the plate , mashed chicken in Caesar sauce placed on a small garlic bread was the chicken mousse along with yummy Caeser salad, well grilled fish and boiled vegetables like broccoli, carrots. And coming to the other one , 4 medium piece tofu well grilled with the quinoa .Quinoa was boiled and mixed with chopped onion,bell pepper, chilli with lemon juice spreaded over.This preparation was something new to me . The lime juice added the tangyness and onion with bell pepper gave it a freshness. The pineapple juice was without sugar. We took only one juice which the owner served as 1/2 in cute small bottles. Vinay, the owner was very friendly. He answered to our every small query with patience. He along with the chef is only there so dont expect the service to be very fast. Before you leave they give you sticky notes and ask you to give some feedback.

V rámci svého předsevzetí, že si každý den uvařím něco speciálního nebo co jsem nikdy nezkoušela, jsem narazila na tenhle recept na těstoviny s ricottou a pečenou paprikou. So our new thing is bike rides. It's a great way to get in our excersize and have fun. Dont get me wrong, its been hard af. The first day, @brandon.sagal wanted to see how far I could get. We got to our fave park and turned around to come home. It started pouring, no word of a lie. We got 3/4 of the way home, I was cold, wet and exhausted, so I literally cried. I was so upset. 2 hours of biking, my legs and bum hurt so bad and I was just straight miserable. But my baby got me through it. Buongiorno amici e buon inizio di settimana! Dopo aver provato pancake e fittiramisú pan di stelle, di certo poteva mancare il porridge? 😍 Assolutamente no! Quindi oggi porridge super cioccolatoso! Per farlo ho cotto 40 g di fiocchi d'avena in 80 g di latte e 80 g di acqua, ho aggiunto un quadratino di cioccolato fondente che ho fatto sciogliere. Una volta che il composto risulta cremoso, ho aggiunto 120 g di albumi e continuato la cottura mescolando delicatamente. Trying not to be sea sick is definitely quite hard. I did take a natural sea sickness tablet and that helped but I was still feeling quite queasy. ⠀ Thankfully I’ve arrived to Mykonos and I’m already in love with the island!⠀ I can’t wait to walk around the alleyways and see if I get slightly lost😅⠀ ⠀ •⠀ •⠀ Smoothie bowl of the day⠀ •⠀ •⠀ Ingredients ⠀ •⠀ •⠀ - 1/2 cup frozen raspberries ⠀ - 2 frozen bananas ⠀ - 1/3 cup frozen strawberries ⠀ - 1/3 cup frozen mango chunks ⠀ - 1/2 cup coconut water ⠀ •⠀ •⠀ Directions ⠀ •⠀ •⠀ Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. ⠀ Pour into a coconut bowl. ⠀ Add some delicious toppings!⠀ I added fresh kiwi, banana and strawberries!⠀ Enjoy!⠀ #jessicaanneh
