😍 Do you love this post? 👇👇 ✔️ Follow @ketosuccesstips Keto Turkey + Cheese Cucumber Rolls . What Makes the Difference Between People Who Succeed and Fail on the Keto Diet… (Link in the bio 👆) . Ingredients 1 ripe avocado, pitted 1 fresh garlic clove, pressed 2 tsp. fresh lime juice sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 2 large cucumbers, ends removed 6-8 slices nitrate free turkey or ham 6-8 very thin slices all-natural high quality cheese fresh chopped parsley Instructions In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Add minced garlic and fresh lime juice. Season with sea salt and pepper, to taste. Mix until well combined. Using a peeler or mandolin, slice the cucumber into equally thin strips. Place about 12 cucumber strips next to each other, on a flat surface, such as a cutting board. Spread 4 Tbsps of mashed avocado evenly over the slices. Then add slices of ham and cheese. Starting at one end, tightly roll all of the cucumber slices into one long "sushi" roll. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into individual servings as shown in the photos. Secure with a toothpick and place on a serving platter. Repeat with the remaining cucumber strips. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately. . The warmer weather has me craving all the smoothies (even though I’ll still have these when it’s freezing😅) & this carrot cake smoothie has been a favorite of mine recently🥕I shared in my stories how I made it but here’s what ya need👇🏻 happy first day of spring!🌸 . 1 large carrot 1/2 frozen banana 1 cup nut milk (less if you want it thicker) 1 scoop collagen peptides 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 1/2-1 tbsp almond butter lots of cinnamon & a dash of nutmeg optional to add in some greens🌿 a couple ice cubes & blend💃🏻 topped mine off with a little shredded coconut, flaxseed, slivered almonds & blueberries 🤗

It’s the first day of spring today which means introducing different products into your skincare routine and enjoying in season foods. For some spring can bring irritation, inflammation and breakouts/eczema due to allergies like hay-fever. bugun hikayede nevresim ve akarlar hakkinda bilgi paylastigimda birkac mesaj alinca tekrarlamak istedim 🙂 ~ ev akarlari ozellikle halilarda ve nevresimlerde bolca bulunan, insanlarda alerjik reaksiyonlar ve cesitli deri hastaliklarina neden olan canlilar. evde hali bulundurmamak (bizde hic hali yok mesela), sik sik supurge takmak ve toz almak, evi havalandirmak, nevresimleri sik degistirip sicak suda yikamak, yatagi kalkar kalmaz hemen toplamamak gibi cozumlerle akarlarin evimize yerlesmesini ya da en azindan nufusunun cogalmasini engelleyebiliyoruz. butun bu onerilerin arasinda benim en cok dikkat ettigim hali bulundurmamak ve nevresimleri duzgun sekilde yikamak 🙂 ~ ben tchibo %100 organik pamuklu nevresim kullaniyorum ve haftada bir 60°Cde yikiyorum, saglik nevresimlerimin dayanikliligindan onemli, gerci bence yipranmiyor. akarlara dus aldirip onlari temiz temiz tekrar yataginiza takmak istemiyorsaniz nevresim ve yastik kiliflarinizi 60°C de yikamalisiniz, asagisi onlara sadece camasir makinesi gezisi cunku 🕷💦 bir de uzerine yikama suyunuza sadece bir katki yaparak onlara karsi daha etkili savasabilirsiniz. bir cesit akar olan ve uyuz yapan ‘kasinti akari'na karsi bilim adamlari esansiyel yaglarin etkiligini test etmek istemis. lavanta, karanfil, geranyum, cay agaci, palmarosa gibi 10 ayri esansiyel yagi bu akarlar uzerinde denediklerinde etkililik olarak soyle siralamislar: karanfil > palmarosa > geranium > cay agaci > lavanta > manuka > aci portakal > okaliptus (PMC5120413). ayni sekilde alexandria universitesi arastirmacilari ev akarlarina karsi karanfil yaginin cok etkili bir esansiyel yag oldugunu bulmus (PMC1661675). ~ ben 3-5 damla @bktkaptan dan karanfil yagini bir kasik sirkeyle beraber makinenin yumusatici gozune koyuyorum nevresim, havlu ve pijama yikarken. 100 ml suya 20 damla karsitirip dosege ve yastiklara da sikiyorum arada sirada ve kedileri odaya almiyorum arkasindan 12 saat cunku kediler ve esansiyel yaglar bir araya gelmemeli, karaciger enzimleri yeterli degil 🙂 ~ resimdeki toplar benim deterjanim sabun cevizi, onu da paylasmistim kasim ayinda 🤗
