Сырные блинчики ⠀ Друзья, у меня сегодня для вас рецепт вкуснейшего завтрака/перекуса или дополнения к обеду/ужину!🙌🏻 Не важно в какой приём пищи, но вы должны из попробовать!!! 😉 Очень вкусно!😋 ⠀ Рецепт нашла на отличной странице здоровых рецептов @irynka69 Ирина, спасибо! ❤️ ⠀ 🥄110 грамм мягкого творога, 🥄2 яйца, 🥄3 ст.л. рисовой муки (у меня смесь рисовой и кукурузной), 🥄0,5 ч.л. разрыхлителя (в оригинале не было), 🥄40 грамм сыра, 🥄80 мл молока, 🥄зелень, 🥄щепотка соли. ⠀ Сыр натереть на мелкой терке. Зелень мелко порезать. ⠀ Смешать все ингредиенты. Тесто должно быть жидким. ⠀ Пожарить на а/п сковороде блинчики с 2х сторон. У меня получилось 6 штук.

Home from vacation and back to reality 😢. I have no fresh produce in the house and I desperately need to hit up the grocery store for some vegetables, I never eat enough when I’m away from home! But frozen fruit is my saving grace this breakfast. ALSO, I found a big of walnuts on sale @target and I want to add them to everything to eat. They have such a sweet flavor and are the most antioxidant rich nut 🥜. Walnuts are loaded with the Vitamin E and polyphenols which are two powerful antioxidants that help protect the body from oxidative damage. Walnuts are also high in plant source omega-3 fatty acids (called ALA) which can be converted to DHA and EPA in your body (there is limited conversion ability though so make sure to eat your fatty fish!!). Quien es súper fan del huevito con jamón? 🙋🏽‍♀️. . ⚠️Cuando me enteré de que la gran MAYORÍA de los jamones empaquetados en el súper están llenos de aditivos como el exceso de sal, azúcar, nitritos, nitratos, y mil otras cosas que no puedo pronunciar lo comencé a evitar. . ENTONCES? A la próxima que vayas a comprar jamón te recomiendo que elijas pechuga de pavo en el area de los jamones y pedir que te rebanen la pechuga sin sal así te aseguras que es pechuga de pavo fresca sin aditivos. Yo lo pido así: “roasted turkey breast unsalted” y listo! . Por último, si no tienes esta opción en tu súper, elige pechuga de pavo empaquetada reducido en sodio, que el azúcar sea de los últimos ingredientes y no lo consumas a diario. . Bonito lunes❤️ Mar.

Protein breakfast slices. 8 Egg Whites 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup blueberries 1 TSP bicarbonate soda ( i used 1 sachet Dr.Octker) 2 TSP vanilla (i used Madagascan vanilla) Cinnamon to Taste Mix all together, line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. Pour liquid mixture into the baking dish and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. I baked for 40 minutes. Refrigerate any un-eaten portions when cooled. Another #meatlessmonday is here already! I’m still not sure how long I’ll do this but what I’ve found along the way is that over the last few weeks I’ve incorporated more plant-based food into my diet regularly without really missing the meat. I think I’ll always be an omnivore but eating more veggies is always a good thing. 🌱🌱🌱 Today’s breakfast is a gorgeous purple sweet potato, simple greens and strawberries with a few Brazil nuts from @nowfoodsofficial that’s packed with 70% of the selenium you need in a day. I know how late to the game I am on @thecoconutcult but man am I happy to be here! This special yogurt, yes it’s special, because it has over 25 billion probiotics per serving which is 2 tbsps. They recommend starting with a spoonful to let your body adjust thats how powerful this is! Okay this little jar is expensive so I will use sparingly and not purchase all the time but as a treat why not. Another thing I like is that it is a little sour or tangy and adding in that taste is very important. In Traditional Chinese Medicine they say it is important bodies to have all the tastes for best health. Sometimes the US we get too used to sweet or salty and never diversify so this is a great way to get your tangy taste. I used one teaspoon and swirled with @artisanaorganics raw cashew butter. All this over banana, berries and cacao, quinoa granola. Made this banana 🍌split fruit bowl for breakfast earlier this morning and it was like having dessert 😋 It tasted very indulgent but this bowl is super healthy and such a fun way to eat your fruit. Но осталась белковая глазурь, которую было очень жалко выкидывать. И тут в мою голову пришла ГЕНИАЛЬНАЯ ИДЕЯ 💡А почему бы не испечь кексиков?! И вот что мне понадобилось для приготовления КЕКСИКА: #emmad18_выпечка ✔️ Белковая глазурь с сахарным сиропом от куличей ~ 200гр ✔️Яйцо 1шт ✔️Мука 5ст.л ✔️ Разрыхлитель 1 ч.л. ✔️ Изюм по вкусу Приготовление: В белковую массу вмешиваем сначало яйцо, потом муку. Следом кладём изюм, хорошо смешиваем. Выпекала при180°С 25 мин. acai = LIFE! there’s nothing better than an acai bowl on a hot day. in fact, it’s a staple in the summer time 🙏🏻🙏🏻 BUT...it’s not always healthy. most cafes use store-bought acai packs that are loaded with added sugar. ingredients are everything!! . to keep my acai bowl nutritious but still sweet & creamy af, i use @bareorganicssuperfoods acai powder. it’s completely natural, pure acai, from the root. it’s the perfect addition to a smoothie if you’re looking for an extra superfood boost (and because ummmm ACAI 🤩) sharing my go-to recipe below! . Acai Bowl 🍓💫 1 banana 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower 1/2 cup frozen strawberries & blueberries 1 tsp acai powder 1/2 cup nut milk (or enough to blend) . Good morning guys! ☀️ I started my day off this morning with the most refreshing green juice! I was really skeptical about this green juice trend and I honestly thought it would taste like spinach and water but its really sweet and refreshing and I have started to incorporate it into my week and I noticed differences in my ENERGY and SKIN!! I always like to try things for a while before I post about it but this is definately post worthy!! I got this green juice recipe from @drmonavand 💕 ingredients: - half apple - 3 cups spinach - half banana - 1 cup coconut water (or water) - half lemon This is the BEST green juice I have tried by far because you can’t taste the spinach at all and its very sweet but surprisingly filling. I have this on an empty stomach before breakfast! I seriously reccomend that you guys try this 💫 Benefits: ✨less bloating and better digestion ✨promotes a faster metabolism ✨softer and glowy skin (antioxidants) ✨increased energy Have an amazing week! 💓
