HOW I HEALED MY ACNE:
First, you need to know:
❌Acne is caused by the bacteria streptococcus - the same bacteria that causes strep throat, styes, uti’s, SIBO, bacterial vaginosis, IBS, and so much more. ❌Your acne isn’t “hormonal”, something deeper is going on in your body!
Here is what I did/currently do to heal my skin:
1. Cut out these skin’s enemies from your diet: gluten🥖🍚🍞, dairy🧀🍦🥛, corn🌽🌮, canola oil🍟🍔, pork🍖🥓, eggs 🍳🥚& processed sugars🍪🧁🍰! 2. Drink 1L (32oz) lemon water🍋💦 first thing in the morning.
3. Wait 20-30min, then drink 500ml (16oz) of celery juice🥦. Eat after 20-30min. Drink lots of water, tea & lemon water throughout the day!💦 4. Eat as much fruits as possible - papaya (I normally at least 1 big one/day), apple🍎, mango🥭, DATES, banana🍌, WILD blueberries, strawberries🍓 and melon🍉..... Start gradually then increase your fruit intake. Eat these bad boyz until you’re full!
5. Switch to plant based, raw, whole food diet✅. Raw veggies🥕🍆, lettuce, POTATOES🥔, tomatoes🍅, avocados🥑, onions, garlic, sweet potatoes🍠, leafy greens 🥬, broccoli🥦, kale, cucumber🥒. I eat meat around 2 days/week and of course you can eat meat, it’s not hurting you but will not help you clear your skin either. Try to eat as many fruits and veggies as you can! ❤️ 6. Switch to earth-friendly, animal-friendly, green, clean, natural, non-toxic, and/or 100% organic💚🌱. Ensure to check the ingredient list to avoid toxic ingredients & chemicals that can damage your sensitive skin and body🆘. This applies to everything from food and personal care products to household items, and more.
