Truthfully, when I hear gluten free I immediately crouch and hiss as if I'm a vampire and you've just thrown holy water on me. Welp, that's clearly a dramatic and unfounded response especially when there are restaurants like @posanarestaurant around. Whether you have a gluten intolerance or not, this is a wonderful restaurant with a fancy, earthy ambiance, great ingredients, and absolutely lovely staff. We enjoyed: 1. Grilled peach old fashioned and a boulevardier. 2. Gluten free rosemary sesame bread sticks served with amazingly fragrant olive oil and butter 3. Super creamy siano burrata with confit grape tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, basil oil, local honey, and buttery toasted focaccia. These tomatoes were so sweet they tasted like warmed peaches. 4. Sorghum smoked pork belly, probably our favorite. Served on top of a buttermilk hoecake (hehhehheh...I'm a child), peach molasses-y stuff water cress and almond crème fraîche (cafeteria fraaaaiche..lalalala..) 5. Fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese, pickled vegetables, and a smoked tomato vinaigrette.
