1 💢 5 sets, 12 reps | Narrow Smith Machine Squats
2 💢 6 sets, 5 reps | Tempo Squats (focus on full range of motion, using a 4 second negative)
3 💢 4 sets, 15 reps | Narrow Leg Press
4 💢 4 sets, 6 reps | Back Squat
