alot of women’s favorite excuse is that they don’t want to lose weight because they’ll lose all their curves! i admit— i’m guilty of feeling that way too at one point. however, truth is... you could barely even see how banging my curves really were underneath all the fat i had! losing weight actually brought the curves out more! because the more weight i gained.. the bigger my ass got.. but so did the rest of my body! like my stomach, my arms, my cellulite increased, my double chin/no neck— just to name a few. so yeah, since i’ve lost weight, i did lose some ass... but is it really that serious?!! lol, hmm maybe. fat is gonna come off your body in different places at different rates! so if your ass or thighs is first to go 🤷🏻♀️😹. sorry. give it some time. the rest of your body will catch up! you’ll be glad you kept at it in the end anyway. 😻 trust me! it’s better to be a few sizes down, more energized, more toned & still curvy with less ass.... than to be two whole tons, tired asf, fat everywhere else, still unhappy with your body overall.. just to keep your “fat” wide ass lol. also, if you’re a curvy chick by nature, then you’re a curvy chick. so it doesn’t matter if you lose 50 or 200 pounds. if your body is meant to be curvy, you’ll still be curvy! just on a smaller frame! so stop making excuses girl & get yo life!!!!!
here’s some ways i was able to lose 100+ pounds & stay curvy:
🥒focus on shrinking my tummy with lowcarb/low sugar foods.
🥚eating high protein.
💧drinking nothing but water + tea & coffee. no added sugars. (yes i drink liquor. but either straight/on the rocks with lime or a zero calorie/zero carb chaser).
🥑eat HEALTHY fats.
🤸🏻♀️dance for cardio. (while dipping low/squats, twerking (attempting lol), body rolls, etc.)
💦wearing a sweatbelt around my waist while doing cardio.
💪🏽resistance training with light to medium weights or with my own body weight.
🔋HIIT works wonders for my body.
