Lunch/post workout snack 🤗 . Wow, this was so good. Didn't want anything too big so this was perfect😏. . A nice slice of sourdough bread, mixed leaves, red pepper, beetroot, prawns, avocado and cheese topped with a drizzle of @enconaofficial hot pepper sauce 🤤🤤 . A good mix of textures, flavours and a whole lot of nutrients . Still on track, no cravings and my time of the month is due tomorrow🙈. I could normally eat everything in sight by this point. Hopefully I can get through the next week staying on track🙏. Esto es lo mejor del día, sobre todo de días de "estos" que todo son noticias buenas 🤨😥🤯🤬. Con lo fácil que es vivir y dejar vivir, ser feliz y dejar que el resto lo sea... Sorpresa tras sorpresa. Por eso cada vez + intento no fallar NI UN DÍA AL GYM, y me estoy pensando ir ya todos los días, porque a modo de terapia, de olvidar todo y dejar ahí el estrés me va genial 🥳🤓😏. Un poco de filosofía, pero un mucho de paciencia. Entro por la puerta del "Forma" y a rendir. Tenía en mente ya la rutina de bíceps y tríceps, y los cambios: combinación de series combinadas+superseries (qué no es lo mismo ya sabéis 😛). Bíceps+tríceps+bíceps+core, apenas descanso, y vuelta a lo mismo, durante 3 combinaciones (es decir, 12 ejercicios, alrededor de 50 series, y por cada una de ellas una media de 8-10 repeticiones). Y llegar con hambre entonces, no había + remedio tras haber almorzado a las 9h pasadas. Hasta las 610kcal al mediodía: ----- 🔺tacos de atún 🐟 a la plancha 180 gr con salsa de soja de @servivita0.0 y perejil ➕🥔 al horno con pimentón dulce 142 gr ➕🥕 en rodajas 146 gr ➕ quinoa ⚪ y 🔴 115 gr - 🔺y acabo con un buen 🍧 de yogurt natural +proteínas 100 gr ➕🍓 173 gr ➕ ese toque de canela que va bien siempre ---- Y ya queda lo + importante hoy: montar o acabar de montar el Audi 🚙😛, y a ver por supuesto a mi @sevillafc Partido vital, falta poco para el final y hay que SUMAR como sea...como sea!!! Pan francés fit. 🌺 . Necesitas: ✔️4 claras. QUIBES ASSADOS Um minuto de silêncio pra essa fornada de quibes que ficaram MARAVI!!!! E o melhor, mega saudáveis! . 🍉 500g de patinho moído 1 dente de alho Suco de 1/2 limão Hortelã (essencial) 1 cebola pequena Sal Pimenta do reino 3 cs azeite extra 120g de quinoa real em flocos (Eu uso a quinoa real vermelha da @vitalinsemgluten ) . 🍴 Coloco no mixer ou liqui a cebola, o alho, as folhas de hortelã (cerca de umas 10 folhas grandes), o suco de limão, o azeite, a pimenta e o sal. Bato e misturo em um bowl com a carne moída e a quinoa. Se preferir sentir os pedacinhos da cebola e do alho, ao invés de bater, é só picar bem picadinhos. Formar os quibes, dispensá-los em forma untada com azeite extra. Regar com um fiozinho do azeite por cima e assar em forno pré-aquecido a 230 graus por cerca de 10 minutos, virá-los e assar por mais 10 minutos. . . Sirva quentinho com homus, tahine ou purinho!! ROTKOHL-APFEL-SPARGEL-SALAT⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Zutaten:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Für 2 Portionen⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 kleiner Rotkohl (400 g)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Salz⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 Orangen⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3 El Weissweinessig⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pfeffer⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 Tl flüssiger Honig⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5 El Rapsöl⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2 El Sonnenblumenkerne ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Zubereitung:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Zuerst die Spargeln klein hacken und in einer Bratpfanne dämpfen, danach können die Spargeln auf der Seite abkühlen und wir können mit dem Salat starten. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3El fermentierter Rotkohl in eine Schüssel geben, 1 Apfel klein hacken ( nicht geschält), mit 2-3 El Balsamico, Pfeffer, 1-2 Tl flüssigem Honig und 4-5 El Olivenöl verrühren.
