Start by adding the chickpea flour and baking powder to a mixing bowl. Whisk them together well, and then add the almond milk (or any other plantbased milk of your choice), maple syrup and the apple cider vinegar, whisking one again. 2. Then, transfer the batter to a non-stick frying pan, using around 2 tbsp per pancake. If you don't have a good non-stick frying pan, you might have to use a little bit of oil or cooking spray. Link in BIO 📖 ~ Pan Seared Salmon 🍣 with Creamy Garlic Dijon Sauce😋 Via @cookingclassy ~ INGREDIENTS 4 (6 - 7 oz) skinless salmon fillets 3 tsp olive oil Salt and freshly ground black pepper 3 garlic cloves, minced (1 Tbsp) 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard (or a little more to taste) 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth 1 Tbsp minced fresh dill . INSTRUCTIONS Heat a large non-stick skillets over medium-high heat (or use two skillets if you used large 7 - 8 oz fillets like I did so they aren't overcrowded). Add 1 1/2 tsp olive oil to each skillet. Dab both sides of salmon dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper. Place salmon in skillet. Let sear until golden brown on bottom, about 4 minutes then flip and continue to cook to desired doneness, about 2 - 3 minutes longer. Meanwhile, in a liquid measuring cup whisk together with 1 tbsp cream, then mix in enough cream to measure 1/2 cup. Whisk in dijon mustard Remove salmon from skillet and transfer to a plate, leaving oil in one skillet. Tent salmon with foil. Add garlic to skillet with oil set over medium heat, saute until just barely golden brown, about 20 - 30 seconds. Pour in chicken broth. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer until reduced by about 2/3, about 3 minutes. Whisk cream mixture once more then pour into skillet. Cook and stir, bringing to a simmer. Let simmer gently, while stirring, for about 30 seconds. Remove from heat stir in dill, return salmon fillets to pan, spoon sauce over salmon. Serve warm.

INGREDIENTS: 1 cup pesto, homemade or store-bought 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/4-inch cubes 2 pints cherry tomatoes Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves DIRECTIONS: In a gallon size Ziploc bag or large bowl, combine chicken and pesto; marinate for at least 30 minutes to overnight, turning the bag occasionally. Drain chicken from the pesto. Thread chicken and cherry tomatoes onto skewers; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Preheat grill to medium high heat. Add skewers to grill, and cook, turning occasionally, until the chicken is completely cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F, about 10-12 minutes.* Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired. *This can also be baked for 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees F. . . Estamos em 2019, e muitas pessoas ainda tem em mente que para se obter resultados no treino é necessário o uso de suplementos. Por tanto vou comentar sobre os outros e sim sobre o mais famoso de todos, WHEY PROTEIN, ou seja, PROTEÍNA. Vamos deixar claro que carne, peixe, frango etc, são fontes de proteína. A função do whey é suprir a falta de proteína quando NECESSÁRIO (se faltar). Muitos indivíduos já tem uma dieta com a quantidade até superior a necessária diária de proteína. A mesma é calculada pelo peso do indivíduo, logo mulheres em sua maioria não necessitam suplementar, dependendo das suas características. Mas como não sou de blá, blá,blá, vamos de ciência. Um estudo conduzido por Cameron Mitchell et al. 2015, não encontrou diferenças no consumo de 20g de leite ou de whey protein em 16 homens saudáveis sedentários. Ou seja, tomar leite ou whey, deu na mesma. Entenda que não é o WHEY que vai te deixar forte ou te dar mais resultados, e sim a quantidade de proteína que você consome, de acordo com o seu peso, elaborado pelo NUTRICIONISTA, não pelo pote de suplementos, e muito menos pela sua vizinha, o balconista da farmácia ou o carteiro que entrega o pote na sua casa, principalmente pelo FORTÃO da academia que vende os potes do milagre. Se você gosta de jogar dinheiro fora, e literalmente fazer o xixi proteico, problema é seu. Se você quer resultados sólidos, consulte um BOM nutricionista. Não adianta ficar de conversa fiada, essa é a verdade. Agora, se você não consegue atingir a cota diária de proteína, lógico que sou a favor de tomar whey. E por fim, whey não é apenas no dia que treina, se ele complementa a sua dieta para atingir a sua cota DIÁRIA de proteína, deve ser ingerido todos os dias de acordo com a sua dieta. Ritorno alla carica con una delle mie colazioni preferite: FIT APPLE CHEESECAKE 🍏 Ingredienti che vi servono: •Biscotti gentilini 5 cereali •latte di cocco 🥥 •yogurt Greco fage total 0% •due mele medie 🍏🍎 •granella di mandorle (LE QUANTITÀ CAMBIANO A SECONDA DELL’INTROITO CALORICO GIORNALIERO DI OGNUNO) Procedimento: •Sbriciolare i biscotti ed amalgamarli con un po’ di latte q.b. per far compattare la base. • In freezer mentre prepariamo la crema. • Tagliamo una mela a cubetti e la mescoliamo allo yogurt greco. •Togliamo la base dal freezer e stendiamo la crema ottenuta. • Decoriamo con mela e granella di mandorle. The problem is most people that I've seen will use their energy and turn it into contempt.
