Грипп и тренировки.💊 . На прошлой неделе, ровно в день очередной съемки, ни с того ни с сего поднялась температура (еле отработала на фотосессии, кстати) Здравствуйте, грипп! 🤕 Так я болею очень редко, но это выбивает из колеи и сбивает все планы. Пришлось отменить: - день рождения дочери - много тренировок - фотосъемку - видеосъемку И меня спрашивали, что делать с режимом в такой ситуации🤔😂 НИ-ЧЕ-ГО. Дать организму ПОЛНОСТЬЮ ВОССТАНОВИТЬСЯ, а не бежать на тренировку, когда еще позавчера ломало кости и была температура. Дождитесь когда пройдут все симптомы, а если болезнь протекала тяжело, то к этому добавьте еще 3-4 дня. Во-первых тренировка будет не продуктивна, во-вторых оргазм,попав в новый стресс может поднять болезнь по второму кругу еще и с осложнениями. — пейте около 3х литра воды (чем больше ВЫ - тем больше ВОДЫ😁) — принимайте Вит С : 1000-2000 мг/сут — спите — ешьте лук — полощите горло каждый час Всё как бабушка прописала!😘 А по остальному - к врачу! Now that i’ve moved back to good ol’ #bangkok once again, i gotta properly house-warm the condo. Being back here also means i can freelance again (YAY!!!!) Teaching yoga in #singapore was good and all but i couldn’t exactly teach anywhere i was pleased to because of the limited nature of the visa i was on. Now that i am back, Bangkok’s yoga scene has been welcoming me so wholeheartedly that i barely have time to be active on instagram (sowwy *sad face*) 🐎 Anyway, enough ranting- let’s get started with the asana! If you know me, i have this love-hate relationship with #lotuspose and #horsepose or any pose that includes #lotuslegs would also be included (it's an open relationship, you see). I’m learning to embrace the things that i don’t naturally feel drawn to so here’s to life and all it has to offer. *raises smoothie cup* 🔺If your legs don’t want to be put into the lotus position, you can alternatively position your right foot in front of the left to engage similar muscles as you would otherwise. 🔺If your arms don’t like being crossed twice, grab the shoulders instead. 🔺If your arms don’t like being crossed even once, bring the palms together in front of the chest in a prayer position. 🐎 Yoga jellies from @lazyyogathailand 🐎 I’m posting this before i go back to the oven and bake something. Interval Run Training 🏃🏼‍♀️started today 🙌🏻. Once a week in addition to my long runs & shorter LISS runs, 👟I’m adding in HIIT treadmill runs. In my past #halfmarathontraining ✨ this was the key 🔑 to my success. It’s not just about being able to run at the same pace, it’s about training your body and breath. 🙏🏻Learning to pick up the pace and slow it down. This shit is hard. DÉJEUNER × poulet rôti × trio de riz long complet @biocoop_officiel × asperges @picardsurgeles × fleurettes de brocolis @picardsurgeles × ananas grillé × oignon × sel, poivre . DESSERT/GOÛTER × clémentines × @reeses nut bar ▪️ Première fois que je tente ce mélange sucré/salé : c'est très bon 😋 ▪️ 🐳 On me fait souvent des remarques sur ma consommation d'eau 🐳 Très honnêtement, je n'ai jamais dit à personne qu'il va fallait boire autant que moi. Je ne sais même pas quelle quantité est considérée "normale". J'ai toujours été un vrai chameau qui buvait vraiment très peu (2-3 verres/jour max). Depuis, que j'ai commencé mon rééquilibrage alimentaire et que j'ai repris le sport, je bois beaucoup plus, au point que certain(e)s d'entre vous s'inquiètent pour moi 😅❤️ ▪️ Comme je n'aime pas rester dans l'ignorance, j'ai demandé à @charlinedieteticienne ce qu'elle pensait de ma consommation d'eau. ▪️ Sa réponse : "3,5L par jour, effectivement, c'est trop mais il s'agit des journées où tu fais du sport donc l'eau que tu bois pendant ton activité tu ne la comptes pas, elle sert à compenser l'eau que tu perds par la peau et par la respiration. Si tu bois 2L par jour, c'est bien, il ne faudrait pas plus. Effectivement, l'hiver, on recommande plus 1,5L mais tu ne vas pas fatiguer tes reins avec 2L". ▪️ Conclusion : 2L/jour c'est OK + l'eau dont j'ai besoin pendant mes longues séances de sport. Je vais donc essayer de tourner à 3L-3,5L/jour maximum. Rassuré(e)s ? 😉❤️ ▪️ Et vous, combien buvez-vous d'eau chaque jour ? ▪️ Bon après-midi 👊 . . ➡️ Lunchbox en inox achetée sur Amazon (ni micro-ondes, ni lave-vaisselle)

🔸Spring Cup 2019🔸 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our Spring Cup was a huge succes and well received with all participants coming from various backgrounds and parts of the country. Everyone was cheering for everyone! . Randolf had a great 108kg snatch and an insane save while his hip buckled. . Teun went all out by having massive lifts with a 113kg snatch and a 140kg clean & jerk, both immense PR's!. . maybe one day i’ll stop taking pics AFTER i get done working out so my face doesn’t look like such a hot mess, but today is not that day 🤷🏻‍♀️ sometimes i compare myself to all of these girls who look flawless after a workout with their hair and makeup still on point (no shade at all i am actually so jealous of u queens), but hey this is the real me. i am able to wear a sweatshirt to work and do not need to get dolled up, so i rarely do my hair and you’re lucky if i throw on mascara on an average day because i just can’t be bothered to at 6am. it has been a struggle comparing myself to others, but i’m slowly learning how to be unapologetically me and love myself always.
