Keto Pan Seared Salmon with Avocado Tomato Salsa . What Makes the Difference Between People Who Succeed and Fail on the Keto Diet… (Link in the bio 👆) . Recipe, Tomato Salsa Servings: 4 people Calories: 307 kcal Ingredients Salmon: 20 ounces (560 g) skinless salmon filets (each fillet should weigh about 5 ounces or 140 g) Salt and pepper to season 3 tablespoons lemon juice divided 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 5 large cloves garlic finely chopped or minced Salsa: 3 tomatoes, finely chopped 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped 1/2 Serrano chile (or jalapeño), stems, ribs, seeds removed and finely chopped -- adjust to your heat preference 1 small clove garlic, crushed 1 tablespoons lime juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 large avocado, sliced Instructions Pat dry room temperature salmon fillets with paper towel. Season all over with salt, pepper. Squeeze 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice over each fillet and rub in the flavour. Heat the olive in a large non-stick pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add salmon fillets, flesh side down, while pressing lightly so the entire surface of the flesh comes into contact with the pan. Sear, undisturbed, for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden. Flip and sear the other side of each fillet for TWO minutes. Then, add in the butter, chopped garlic and remaining lemon juice. Continue to cook the salmon for a further 1-2 minutes, or until salmon reaches desired doneness, while stirring the butter and garlic around each fillet. (The butter will begin to brown slightly. YUM!) Taste test and season with salt and pepper to your tastes, and add more lemon if desired. While salmon is cooking, combine the salsa ingredients in a bowl (not including avocado). In college, I used to play this “game” where I’d try to make my salads as flavorful as possible so that I didn’t need to add dressing. Um what?!! 🙄 A dressing-less salad life is def not I want a life want to live, ya know? There are times you might want dressing on the side, and there’s nothing wrong with that, but no dressing?! Life’s too short for that. Food gives us nutrients, but it’s also meant to be enjoyed. Keeping it simple this morning. All I wanted were some cinnamon oats and that’s what I prepped for myself. Topped with blueberries, gooseberries, banana, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, and nibs. 🥣 . Oatmeal 1/3 cup of rolled oats 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds 1/2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt 1 banana, sliced 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 🥣 . Optional: To make oats creamy, feel free to either use quick oats or process the oats yourself in a food processor. In a sauce pan add your oats, banana, cinnamon, salt, flax seeds and milk. Bring to a simmer on low to medium heat and allow to heat through and thicken for 3 minutes. Remove from stove. 💫

BBQ Chicken En Papillote! 😋 . Another day, another En Papillote recipe! Lately I’ve been enamored by the almost-too-simple technique of cooking dinner in neat little parchment paper packets! . It’s just SO easy! And the meal turns out SO tender! And there’s virtually NO clean up! Sorry…couldn’t resist 😏 . ✨Ingredients •2 shallots, thinly sliced into half moons •1 sweet potato, peeled and thinly sliced into half moons •1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces •1 (16 ounce) can butter beans •½ cup natural BBQ sauce ( avoid ones with added sugars) •4 chicken breast, thin sliced •2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced . ✨Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400º F. 2. In a large bowl toss the shallots, sweet potatoes, green beans and butter beans with half of the BBQ sauce. Rub the remaining sauce over the chicken breasts. 3. Cut four 12-by-16-inch pieces of parchment paper and fold each in half. Open the parchment paper and arrange ¼ of the sweet potato and green beans and a chicken breast in the center of the top half of each parchment. Generously season with salt and pepper. Top with a sprinkle of chives. 4. Fold the bottom half of the parchment paper over the chicken and veggies. Start folding and crimping the parchment paper ends together from one end all the way around to the other end, creating a sealed envelope. Fold the end under the packet. The packet should be fully encased, with no breaks in the parchment paper for steam to escape – we need that steam as part of the cooking process! Place the packets on a pan. 5. Bake the chicken and veggie packets for 30 minutes and remove from the oven. Serve the packets on plates, tearing them open just before serving. Enjoy! 😋

Perché comprarlo quando puoi farlo in casa? BURRO (O MEGLIO PASTA) D'ARACHIDI. Bastano 4 ingredienti: arachidi, miele, olio di semi, acqua (facoltativa). Le dosi variano in base alla consistenza che si vuole ottenere, a me piace abbastanza compatto quindi ho messo pochi liquidi, ma se lo si vuole più morbido, tipo crema, aggiungere acqua un poco alla volta fino a quando si è soddisfatti (no l'olio per non caricarlo troppo di grassi). Exemplo simples: querer começar a treinar, aliado a saber a importância de treinar no quadro geral e o que pode ser otimizado para treinar semana após semana. . ☝️↪️Inicialmente, é necessário analisar que comportamentos são contra produtivos para atingir o objetivo a longo prazo (os que tem de ser limitados/eliminados) e, no outro lado da moeda, aqueles que auxiliam chegar ao objetivo (os que tem ser executados/potenciados). Os que tem de ser limitados tendem a ser aqueles mais apetecíveis de ser executados, nomeadamente os que tem como objetivo ter resultados rápidos/facilitados. Contudo, no geral, o foco deve estar na mudança/implementação de comportamentos de forma gradual e segura, no sentido de alcançar resultados sustentáveis, tal como adquirir educação, habilidades, autodesenvolvimento e autonomia. . 📝📈De forma a potenciar esse processo, a abordagem deve ter em conta aquilo que queres e aquilo que necessitas, tentando achar o meio termo. Pensa comigo: se a abordagem só tiver em conta aquilo que necessitas, mas o método para lá chegar não for o mais indicado, será mais difícil executar os comportamentos necessários. Por outro lado, se o método só tiver em conta aquilo que tu queres e nada o que precisas para alcançar o objetivo a longo prazo, também será difícil executar os comportamentos necessários consistentemente, mesmo que no curto prazo essa estratégia possa ir de encontro ao objetivo pretendido. Nota: Importante perceber se aquilo que tu queres/preferes vai, em grande parte, de encontro ao objetivo/resultado pretendido. . ⚠️🏆Importante realçar que, o objetivo principal da execução constante de certos comportamentos é a formação de hábitos de sucesso, sendo sem dúvida o maior foco numa fase precoce da jornada. Todo el mundo sabe que el coco y el chocolate es una combinación perfecta. Personalmente el coco me encanta y he de reconocer que no soy amiga del chocolate, pero estas bolitas están...¡ALUCINANTES! 🤤 Probadlas y judgar vosotros mismos, son súper fáciles de hacer. Me he inspirado en la receta de trufas de @codigococina - 🥥 TRUFAS SALUDABLES 🍫 - 🛒 Ingredientes (para 8 bolitas): • 60gr de avellanas tostadas • 65gr de dátiles • 25gr de copos de avena • 10gr de cacao puro • 1 cucharada de aceite de coco • Coco rallado para envolverlas - 👩🏼‍🍳 Preparación: 1. Triturar bien todos los ingredientes excepto el coco rallado (si quedan trozos de avellanas no os preocupéis, quedarán buenísimos). Deberá quedar una pasta densa. 2. Dejar que la masa repose en la nevera al menos media hora. 3. Formar bolitas de unos 25gr cada una. Yo las peso para que me salgan todas iguales. 4. 🍮GELATINA🍮 ⚠️ la ricetta che vi propongo oggi è andata chi è in ipocalorica. Perché?👇 ⚠️facile... Perché questi sono i macros dell'intera gelatina ➡️➡️➡️6cho-3f-7pro⬅️⬅️⬅️ ⚠️e se proprio la volete ancora più bassa in calorie potete usare solo acqua , sostituendola anche alla parte di latte. 🚫veniamo subito a ricetga e procedimento: INGREDIENTI ➡️100ml latte ➡️100ml acqua ➡️10gr cacao amaro ➡️2/3g colla di pesce ➡️dolcificante e aroma PROCEDIMENTO ➡️ammollare la colla di pesce in acqua fredda per circa 5min. ➡️mettere 1/3 delle comonenti liquide in un pentolono e portare quasi a bollore. ➡️aggiungere la gelatina strizzata e mescolare bene perché si sciolga. ➡️aggiungere il cacao e il dolcificante/aroma e mescolare per evitare i grumi ➡️aggiungere la restante parte dei liquidi ➡️mettere in una cotola e quando aggiunge la temperatura ambiente lasciala in frigo qualche ora. ⚠️⚠️⚠️SPOILER ➡️ il fondo è la parte mogliore 🙈 provatelo e scoprirete perché 😜 . . . .  BLOG 》》 LINK IN BIO⚠️🚫 . . . . . #healthy #healthyfood #food #instafood #fit #fitfood  #alimentazione #recipes #healthyrecipes  #foodporn  #healthybreakfast #fitbreakfast #fitdessert #healthydessert #iifym #iifymfood #iifymwoman #iifymrecipes #gelatina
