My name is Sarah, and THIS is my story. Almost three years ago, I reached out to a total stranger on Facebook because of her chocolate lab. She was a stereotypical dog mom, and I loved my chocolate lab too. I was unhealthy, the gym was NOT working for me, and I needed a change. .
I had every intention of returning the fitness program I bought. I thought no way would at home workouts work for me, I didn’t need people to hold me accountable I could do it myself. The first month, I lost 13 pounds. By the end of six months, I had lost my 30 pound goal and four pant sizes. I had found friends in the most unlikely place, and I felt supported with people who understood my struggles. .
I decided that other women in my life probably felt like I did, and I started to invite them to try what I was doing. And by invite, I mean awkwardly post on Facebook and Instagram that I was actually working out and losing weight despite my skepticism. I never did that slideeeee into their DMs and ask them to buy ish, cause that isn’t my style. Everyone I’ve helped, they’ve come to me. I truly BELIEVE that the workouts I do work, but I can’t force that on you. If all I do is inspire you to get a salad instead of McDonald’s, I’m happy. If you buy a new pair of shoes and go for a run when you haven’t been active in years, I’m pumped. If you’re just here for puppy pictures, well I can’t blame you. 😂 .
This is my story, this is me having helped over 150 people lose weight and get stronger just because I believe so fucking strongly that YOU can do it. It doesn’t take magic, it doesn’t take pills or special coffee or bogus wraps, it takes you + sweat + real food. I’m here if you want help, I’m here if you want to vent, I’m here with dog pictures to brighten your day. My name is Sarah, and I’m here for you. 🦄🤘🏼
