BOOTY DAY🥳🍑 if you want a SOLID leg day try this one out :-) had @caitlynna23 crying she was so sore. Forgot to take a #gymselfie so here’s an oldie 12, 10, 8, burnout elevated heels squat (ski squats) you can drop usual weight here and focus on form- slow down, faster up! SUPERSET- sumo barbell deadlifts into 10 constant tension squats. This means don’t go all the way up, almost like a pulsing squat 👉🏻 3 x 10 SUPERSET- split squat into single leg dead lift 10 times into 10 jumping split squats. Do this 3 times! I add these to every single leg day because they are literally quad killers My fav SUPERSET👏🏼👏🏼 30 pull throughs into jump squat until fail repeat 2x. Booty will be on 🔥🔥 BOOTY KILLER also known as hip thrusts lol I did 2 sets of 10 into myo reps 8,5,5. Myo reps are my fav cuz it keeps ya moving. Nice snoozy Saturday.. added an extra scoop of protein to the already high protein pancakes.. I'm so full! All you need: Kodiak cakes mix 1cup, 1cup almond milk/regular milk/ water 1egg (you don't have to add the egg) 1scoop your choice of protein powder Fruit (for topping) Macros for this beast: ~600 kcal 60G PROTEIN 70g carbs 15g fibre 4g fat!!!

💥ÜBERZÜGE💥 mit der Kurzhantel... ... ist eine Grundübung, die mehrere Muskeln auf einmal trainiert: 👉ZIELMUSKELN •Brustmuskel •Sägezahnmuskel 👉unterstützende Muskulatur •Latissimus •Trizeps . AUSFÜHRUNG💪 •Rückenlage auf flacher Bank, Oberkörper angespannt, Brust herausgedrückt und Schulterblätter zusammengezogen (leichtes Hohlkreuz), Kopf (am Ende der Bank), unterer Rücken und Gesäß sind fest auf der Bank und Füße mit der ganzen Sohle fest am Boden gestützt •Eine Kurzhantel mit fast gestreckten Armen senkrecht über der Brust halten, dabei die Stange in ein Daumen-Zeigefinger-Dreieck einschließen •Kurzhantel langsam über und hinter den Kopf senken bis die Brustmuskeldehnung zu spüren ist, Ellbogenbeugung bleibt dabei unverändert, dann wieder nach oben drücken •Zur Schonung des Lendenbereichs können die Füße erhöht abgestellt werden .
