Promise I will be getting to the skin care post you all wanted soon but first I just had to share the breakfast that got me through the week in case you guys want to prep it for next week bc I HIGHLY recommend!
Some kind of mix between overnight oats and chia pudding?? Idk but its a keeper🤩
Super thick and creamy and SUPER filling. Seriously kept me full for hours and even messed up my usual eating schedule bc I wasn’t hungry at the same times.. worth it
1 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup yogurt (I used @icelandicprovisions plain)
1/2 cup nut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 scoop collagen peptides (I used @furtherfood ,use theflavorofmylife10 for a discount! 😊)
And a goooood amount of cinnamon
I added the oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, and collagen to the jar and stirred it.
Then added the yogurt, milk, vanilla and cinnamon, mixed everything together and stored it in the fridge. Made 4 of these on Sunday and they lasted all week!
The morning of I just added another scoop of yogurt, handful of blueberries, @goodgranoly simply sweet granola, and @traderjoes mixed nut butter
But you can mix up your toppings any way you want! Throughout the week I did apples, banana, peanut butter, nuts and other combos to keep it interesting 😛
