⏳ #24in48TBR ⏳
We stan readathons and reading challenges in this house.
When you follow me long enough you know that communal reading activities are my drug of choice. The best thing about the Harry Potter books was the global readership. I didn't think I could regain that bliss until I joined bookstagram and found so many different ways to bliss out on book joy.
The #24in48 Readathon starts this weekend. I want to make a serious attempt at hitting the 24 hours mark. So does @kayyyreads. The organisers and participants are sharing their TBR stacks so I wanted to add mine.
That's it ⤴️. That's the stack.
Patsy x Nicole Dennis-Benn is @rebelwomenlit July book. No, I haven't started it yet. Yes, I'm having a ball stretching out the moment of anticipation to its absolute limit 😁.
Trust Exercise x Susan Choi is the next #CampToB July read. I'm curious about how it will hold up after Lost Children Archive disappeared the June books from memory.
I like to present myself as a modest, budget conscious book hauler while never divulging what happens on my Kindle 👀. I got three Jacqueline Woodson books to read as prep for the Red at the Bone ARC @riverheadbooks sent: Harbor Me, Another Brooklyn, and Brown Girl Dreaming. (You see why I rarely ask for ARCs? I take them too seriously.)
I am #bookedandbusy this weekend. How's yours looking? It's a fun readathon with tons of (international!) prizes, photo prompts, and no pressure at all to actually make it to 24 hrs.
