One of my best shoulder workouts that will give you the pump of your life! Its 3 rounds of Tri-sets performing 3 exercises without rest all exercise hitting each different parts if your delts!

1️⃣ bar squats / superset lunges [3x:[ 25reps ]
2️⃣Kettle bell swings :[3x|15 reps ]
3️⃣Bar squats :[3x|20 reps ]
4️⃣DB Swuats :[3x| 20 reps ]
5️⃣ Random :[3x|12-15]
⏰REST 60-90 sec rest after each superset!
