Hey guys! Lately I’ve been finding ways to make my life a little easier during the week! Meal prep, snack bags, and other tricks have been facilitating my “on the go” lifestyle. Today, I am sharing some tips to make your life on the go much easier. I promise these little “organization hacks” will save you a lot of time! Check it out 😉 Pic #1 - I reused the whey protein plastic containers. Since these containers were clear, I thought, “I should reuse them!”. Besides making your kitchen cabinet or even your refrigerator more organized, it keeps things cleaner too. In this picture you see a container full of uncooked eggs and the other one full of boiled eggs. In the morning I just grab my two eggs for breakfast and bye! Easy! But you can fill them out with whatever you want. Pics #2& #3 Nuts and fruits in plastic bags. Everyday Around 10AM I always have a portion of mixed nuts, and around 4:30PM I have two strawberries along with whey protein shake as my pre workout meal. So to make things more practical I separate the fruits & the mixed nuts according to the amount of days I’ll need them during the week and place the bags into little trays (you can find those at the dollar store for $1). Everyday I grab a bag of each before leaving the house. Simple simple simple! Pic #4 Pill dispenser. In this case supplement dispenser! This is a Perfect way to remember to take all of your daily supplements! No excuses! Just separate the quantity of pills you need for each day of the week and that’s it! Pic #5 Meal prep. Got back from the gym or work super tired and don’t feel like spending time in the kitchen trying to figure out what you are going to eat? Preparing meals for the week is a great way to save your time and also a way to keep you away from temptations! Because we all know that if you’re hungry and there is no food ready...most likely you will opt for something “unhealthier”. Try meal prepping and you will see how worth it it is! 💡"Brian, I've tried everything and nothing works"💡 - ⠀ There's nothing more frustrating than working hard for what seems like weeks on end, to not see the progress you'd hoped you would. ⠀ If you're a perpetual dieter, you know how it feels to go from one fad to another & still be left feeling like you've got so long to go. ⠀ If this is you, I want to have an open and loving conversation ⠀ Because it's safe to say hat is okay because we ALL have been where you are right now! ⠀ But, it is also the case that you haven't tried EVERYTHING. ⠀ It is that WHAT we've tried hasn't worked and that is okay too :) ⠀ What I think is really important to look at when we are talking about whether something works or not is the Timeline & Definitions we build around them. ⠀ 1️⃣ Timeline ⠀ How much weight would you have expected to see at this point? ⠀ The healthy rate of weight loss is roughly 1 pound a week, anything above that is beyond GREAT! ⠀ But many people feel like they've failed because of some BULLSHIT supplement company's snake oil marketing campaign. ⠀ The best time line is 4 weeks to decide if you LIKE something and 8-12 weeks to decide if it is what is best for your results. ⠀ 2️⃣ Definitions ⠀ One of my favorite questions is, "What would success at this point look like compared to where you are?" ⠀ Mainly because it's a great question, I thought of it myself. 😂 ⠀ But, also because it is easy for us to be stuck COMPARING our success to other people. ⠀ You lost 10 pounds, but Becky's down 15. ⠀ Well then, your program is clearly garbage because you didn't just lose 10 pounds, right? ⠀ I am all for allowing other to MOTIVATE your progress, but when you begin to compare yourself to someone else's progress, you forget just how amazing your progress truly is. ⠀ So, by starting out with defining your success, you'll be in a better place to work towards what you want. ⠀ - ⠀ But, the most important thing is that you see that by starting to move, YOU HAVE MADE PROGRESS and it's just a matter of time before you get what you want! ⠀ Tag a friend below and remind them to keep moving forward!
