Meatball Monday in full force today! I saw @whatrobineats make a version of this last week and it looked so good I had to recreate! I always find meatballs to be overcomplicated, with too many fillers and extra ingredients. With proper cooking and quality meat, you don’t need a lot to make them delicious and tender. I used some extra lean grass fed beef mixed in with one @vitalfarms egg, 2 Tbsp oat flour, @primalpalate steak seasoning and garlic powder. Seared them on each side in my @lecreuset braiser with @chosenfoods avocado oil spray for a nice crust. Then pop the lid on and turn down the heat to finish cooking through. You wouldn’t believe how lean the meat is by how moist and flavorful they were. Keeping it simple always does the trick for me!
