At 317lbs I was such an unhappy person. I wore hoodies to everything, I barely had the energy to get out and do the things I wanted to do, and I had serious issues with confidence. I decided it was time for a change. I ran every single day and went on a total crash diet (I was so naive). I ended up losing the weight but being even more unhappy than before, so I gained it all back over the next year. After that I decided to try a different approach. I began to read, and learn about how to make real, lasting, satisfying changes. Putting those things into practice I was able to finally take off, and keep off over 100lbs and change my outlook on life completely! Now I want to help others accomplish their health and fitness goals. I became a personal trainer out of my desire to bring people who may not think they can do it, to a place where they KNOW they can do it. If this is you, or someone you know, reach out.
